I activated my account. Where are my credits?

The credits will begin counting down from zero towards a negative number. Each billing cycle, the credit usage is reset back to zero.

 

If I do not use all of my credits, what happens to the rest?

The credits will be cleared out and you will start with a new balance for every cycle.

 

The receiving mobile device does not allow for short code communication?

Refer to your carrier or the device manufacturer for instructions on how to enable short code message to be received.

 

My customer can redeem a coupon more than once! I thought customers can only redeem it once?

When someone redeems a coupon by opting-in, they may only receive the coupon and redeem it once. But when its sent via "Send Coupon" link, then the customer may redeem it as many times as the business has allowed.
